Hi, I’m Trezure Barnett— author, speaker, entrepreneur, and founder of Compound Ventures LLC.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Strategic Communication, graduating Magna Cum Laude. But beyond my education, my work is rooted in how I think, build, and lead—with intention behind everything I create.

I am driven by purpose, structure, and growth and believe that creativity and structure go hand in hand. When you combine vision with systems,you build something that lasts.
